Investing in massage is an investment in your health.  

I provide therapeutic massage to reduce stress, relieve pain, relax muscles and provide relief from the effects of pregnancy. All massages  are  in  a private room on a heated table with the client under a sheet/blanket. Heated packs/towels/rocks, analgesic lotions and essential oils in addition to massage lotion are used  at the discretion of the therapist, and with permission from the client. Your goals for the session, pressure preferences and areas needing extra attention will be discussed before and/or during the massage.
